On February 2, 2004, the NJDEP adopted sweeping new stormwater management rules (N.J.A.C. 7:14A) in compliance with the Federal Clean Water Act.

Stormwater Compliance Solutions, LLC, has been formed to provide a turnkey solution for all levels of responsibility under the rules. By combining over 25 years of engineering experience with over 25 years of site construction experience, the principals of SCS are able to provide seamless solutions to the planning, maintenance and reporting obligations created by the rules.
